These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make. By using our site, you accept these terms.
USING OUR WEBSITE
ACCEPTABLE USE
You can browse, shop, and generally use our site like a normal person.
You CANNOT:
Hack, scrape, or otherwise mess with our site
Use our site for anything illegal
Impersonate someone else
Upload viruses, malware, or dodgy code
Try to access areas you shouldn’t (like our admin panel)
Use bots to buy up stock or manipulate pricing
If you do any of this, we’ll ban you and potentially report you to the authorities. Don’t test us.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this site – the logo, product photos, descriptions, design, content – belongs to Hero’s Thread Ltd or our licensors.
You can’t:
Copy our stuff and use it elsewhere
Claim our designs as your own
Use our brand name or logo without permission
If you want to use our content (media, bloggers, etc.), email us first. We’re usually sound about it.

Enter your details
Pay via Stripe
We send you a confirmation email
Your order isn’t confirmed until you receive that email. If something goes wrong (payment fails, item’s out of stock), we’ll contact you.
PRICING
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We do our best to keep prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If we’ve massively cocked up the pricing (like listing a £50 item for £5), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you. We won’t hold you to an obvious error.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
PAYMENT
We use Stripe to process payments. We accept:

Apple Pay / Google Pay
Your payment is processed when you place the order. If payment fails, your order won’t go through.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
We suspect fraud
The item’s out of stock
There’s a pricing error
You’ve violated these terms
Your payment doesn’t clear
If we cancel your order, we’ll refund you in full within 10 business days.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Processing time:** 1-2 business days
UK & Channel Islands:** 4-6 business days
Remote areas:** Up to 14 business days
International:** Varies by location
You’re responsible for:
Providing accurate delivery details
Being available to receive your order (or arranging safe delivery)
Paying any customs duties or import taxes (non-UK/EU orders)
If your parcel goes missing or is damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days and we’ll sort it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-day return window** from receiving your order
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
Email us first – don’t just send stuff back
We’ll provide a return label (or arrange collection for Jersey customers)
Refunds processed within 10 business days of receiving your return
Non-returnable items:
Custom or personalised products
Items with tags removed or that have been worn/washed
Sale items and gift cards
Faulty or damaged items: We’ll replace or refund immediately – your choice.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account on our site:

Don’t share your login details
You’re responsible for any activity on your account
Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We do our best to accurately describe our products (materials, sizing, colours, features). However:
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen
Sizes are approximate (check our size guide)
Product photos are for illustration – minor variations may occur
If your item doesn’t match the description, that’s covered under our returns policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access
We’re not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, shipping carriers, etc.)
We ARE liable for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Anything else UK law says we can’t exclude
Basically, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll fix it or refund you. But we’re not responsible for things outside our control (your dodgy internet, Royal Mail going on strike, your dog eating your leggings).
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site might link to other websites (social media, partners, etc.). We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Click at your own risk.
FORCE MAJEURE
If we can’t fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), we’re not liable for delays or non-performance.
We’ll notify you ASAP if something like this affects your order.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by English law.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England & Wales.
If you’re in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you’ve got additional consumer rights under your local laws.

If we make significant changes:

We’ll notify you via email or a notice on the site

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

Step 2: If we can’t sort it, you can use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

Step 3: If all else fails, you can take legal action through the courts
We’re not obliged to use ADR, but we’re usually up for resolving things fairly without lawyers getting involved.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Hero’s Thread Ltd.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
