All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Most other countries (seriously, DM us if yours isn’t listed – we’ll sort it)
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days for UK and Channel Islands
Remote Areas (Scottish Highlands, Outback, Alaskan tundra, etc.): Allow up to 14 business days. Give your postie a break if they’re using a rowboat.
TRACKING
You’ll get a tracking number via email once your package leaves our fulfilment centre (Merseyside or Jersey, depends on stock).
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man customers will have fees covered by us.
Other locations: You’re responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We can’t control your government’s sticky fingers.
Refused shipments due to unpaid taxes will be treated as abandoned. No refunds.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Contact us within 14 days if your gear’s damaged or gone missing.
Provide photos of damaged items/packaging. We’ll replace or refund – your choice.
RETURNS
Not covered here – see our Returns Policy. But FYI: You’ve got 30 days to send stuff back. Unworn and unwashed please, we’re not Vinted.
